Julie Stutko

Julie Stutko, RN, MSN, FNP-C was born and raised in the St. Louis area and comes to Webster Family Physicians with over twenty three years of nursing experience.

She graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2000. Her nursing career has included caring for hospitalized patients in General Medicine, Intensive Care, Mother-Baby, Labor and Delivery, Oncology, and Pre- and Post-operative Care. In 2016, Julie earned her advanced practice nursing degree through Maryville University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. As an FNP, Julie is trained to provide a wide range of family-focused health care services to patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults and seniors.

Julie comes to Webster Family Physicians with broad experience in multiple areas. Having worked in the fields of hair restoration and joint regenerative medicine, she has provided platelet rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell injections to countless patients. This taught her much about the power of the body to heal itself. In addition, she became versed in the use of spinal decompression and physical therapy in the treatment of generalized pain disorders, orthopedic injuries, and osteoarthritis. Along with completing new patient assessments and reviewing their diagnostic testing, she performed trigger point injections, joint injections and assisted with stem cell retrievals. Later, she used these skills in a boutique medical spa setting, performing PRP injections for hair loss, erectile dysfunction, and vaginal rejuvenation. She worked in an intravenous rehydration center and became skilled in the use of intravenous nutrients and hyperbaric oxygen to meet the recovery needs of its clients.

Julie is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health through the use of natural supplements, intravenous nutrients, as well as herbal and homeopathic treatments. She has learned how micronutrients help maximize people’s energy level, support their immune system, and control inflammation to achieve optimum function. She plans to incorporate this knowledge base of IV nutrition to expand the current service offerings at Webster Family Physicians.

Julie is a strong believer in medical freedom. Having chosen a holistic approach for her and her family’s healthcare, she wants to get to the root causes of ill health instead of just treating the symptoms with medications. She is a strong proponent of nutritional supplementation and enjoys customizing treatment plans with her patients so that they may feel their optimum.

Julie and her husband Steve have three young children. She enjoys watching them compete in the sports they love, trying new restaurants, and traveling. Her favorite destination is anywhere with a beach!

Having referred countless friends and family members to Webster Family Physicians, Julie is grateful for the opportunity to partner with Dr. Wessling and Cindy Willbrand in providing patients with individualized healthcare. She is available for new and established patient consultations.
